What you'll do

As the Analytics Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our data-driven initiatives, leading a talented team of analysts to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
You'll be responsible for:
Spearheading impactful projects:Guide your squad in delivering high-quality projects that directly influence business outcomes.
Championing data excellence:Oversee the execution of BAU analytics, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all deliverables.
Driving innovation:Implement continuous improvements to our data pipelines using DBT, optimizing our data infrastructure for maximum impact.
Empowering business users:Maintain and enhance our business-facing toolkits, ensuring seamless access to critical data insights.
Building strong relationships:Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business, communicating effectively and responding to their data needs.
Fostering a culture of growth:Mentor and develop your team, creating an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute their best work.

What You'll Bring

To be a success in this pivotal role you need the following formula:
A passion for data:You're genuinely excited about the power of data to drive positive change.
Proven leadership skills:You have a track record of successfully leading data science and analytics projects, inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Strong analytical foundation:You possess a solid understanding of SQL and ideally have experience with Python or R.
Exceptional communication:You can clearly articulate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A collaborative spirit:You thrive in a team environment and enjoy working closely with stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
A desire to learn and grow:You're eager to expand your knowledge and embrace new challenges in the ever-evolving world of data.
