We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Personal Assistant to support international projects and day-to-day business operations. The role is based in Asunción and involves a mix of management, organization, and problem-solving across different tasks.
Key responsibilities:
Manage chats and calendars for multiple projects: track agreements, deadlines, and follow-ups with contractors.
Solve operational tasks as they arise (for example: finding contractors, organizing delivery).
Support and improve operational processes: structure, automate, and scale workflows.
Work with documents and contracts: fill out and check templates, ensure basic accuracy, and keep systematic records.
Requirements:
English B1/B2 level (able to research and analyze information, make phone calls, and negotiate when needed).
Systematic mindset: ability to turn creative chaos into clear processes.
Proactive and independent: can take a task, break it down into subtasks, clarify missing details, and deliver results.
Willingness to learn, try new approaches, and find unconventional solutions.
Minimum 2 years of full-time professional experience (any intellectual position).
Experience in task setting and managing contractors or team members.
This is a full-time position in Asunción with a flexible schedule.
