Housing Solicitor

My client are a large Legal Aid provider, advising legal aid clients across the UK. They have big growth plans for 2019 and as a result are seeking to appoint an experienced housing Solicitor to join their friendly team.

This is a full time Fee earning role, you will be expected to bill, bring in new business and manage a caseload which will include all types of possession proceedings, disrepair claims, counterclaims, unlawful eviction claims, and s Appeals to County Court.

The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with vulnerable clients, including legal help and legal aid cases and will need to ensure compliance with Legal Aid Agency contract requirements. You will be confident working independently with a high level of competence, excellent academic background and a wide range of public funding experience within housing law.
