KS2 Teacher Location: Hayes, Hillingdon. Role: Teacher (KS2) Duration: September start Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:00pm and permanent contract offer opportunities available.
Pay: GBP130 - 170 per day (paid on a weekly basis – negotiable dependant on experience and references)

Children with mental health needs thrive from having exceptional hard working teachers with an in-depth or open understanding of mental health support. We are currently looking for a Secondary Teacher to work full-time across KS2 in a school in Hayes. Teachers will work in small classes with up to 3 support staff in class planning, delivering and accessing behaviour and education support programmes.

The school are looking for Teachers with UK school experience that are:
- Open to teaching in schools with young people aged 11-18 who have been unable to learn in mainstream schools for a range of reasons such as mental health, special need diagnosis, being in care, being at risk of or being abused.
- Able to plan, teach and mark lessons in preparation for GCSES – all subject specialisms welcome
- Dedicated and consistent as building and maintaining positive relationships is vital.
The teacher position is for an immediate start till July 2020 and hours are 8:30-4:00pm Monday to Fridays with permanent opportunities available for those who would like to continue in the school.

Essential criteria:
- Full-time availability
- Able to travel to Hayes.
- QTS, PGCE, Teaching experience in UK schools
- Experience working with children/young people with mental health or special needs
Desirable criteria: Mental health awareness training, Special Needs experience, Team Teach or positive handling training, MIDAS trained to drive school minibus
