Lytx, leading provider of Driver Safety Solutions, is searching for a Manager, SMB SalesDevelopment to lead the overall execution of our primarily telephonic business development strategies. This person will oversee a team of Associate SDR Managers responsible for managing day to day SDR performance to ensure we’re proactively prospecting qualified leads across defined geographic regions and maintaining activities levels to meet/exceed monthly targets.

You’ll play an active role in helping to build a world-class sales and business development team, which includes recruiting, training, and developing a global team of Associate SDR Managers and SDR teams. In this role, you will assist with the design of a repeatable framework, define best practices and coach your team to drive lead generation. Additionally, you’ll serve as the point of contact for the SMB Commercial sales organization to ensure opportunities are sourced in accordance with company targets and maintain consistent communication between teams which are vital to our SMB growth and success.

You’ll Get To:

Responsible for managing overall SDR team effectiveness, through metrics and data, to ensure high volume quality leads are generated for healthy pipeline development across all regions to support business objectives.

Plan, forecast, and understand ramp adjusted capacity, in partnership with our Talent Acquisition team, to ensure we’re staffed appropriately to support the growing needs of our sales organization and to handle the supply of marketing inbound leads.

Own partnership with Commercial Leaders and field marketing to execute cross-functional account-based marketing in key accounts for our field sales team.

Collaborate with demand generation, creative, and product marketing, across all digital properties and channels, to support our pipeline goals.

Work closely with systems teams to ensure tools, especially Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong, are configured appropriately to maximize SDR efficiency, productivity and performance and analyze with an eye towards continual improvement.

Manage SDR reporting/dashboards to ensure metrics are optimized, easily understood and accessible to key stakeholders and provide regular monthly business updates.

Understand competitive landscape by proactively identifying customer needs and performing ongoing market analysis.

What You’ll Need:

2+ years previous SDR/SDR management or equivalent inside sales leadership in a high transactional environment with clear KPIs and aggressive targets

7+ years of proven sales experience in the SaaS space, preferably with Small/ Mid-Market accounts

History of coaching team members to meet/exceed quarterly quotas

Track record of exceeding targets through collaboration, strategic planning and execution.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience delivering client presentations and influencing key decision makers

Prior experience with ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong and SalesForce or other CRM tools preferred

Travel up to 20% may be required.
