2nd Line Support Analyst Opportunity to develop Cyber Security skills Our client who are a leading logistics organisation in the Hayes area currently has a brand new opening for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their infrastructure team. The client are undergoing a cyber security programme over the next few years so any IT/cyber security experience or qualifications would be required. There is a chance the right candidate will be able to take some responsibility for that programme and help them progress this function in the coming years. They would also consider a candidate with a more functional background who has been involved in change management or documentation of security processes. An ISO27001 certification would be extremely useful.

Skills required:
