Establishes and maintains inventory levels; ensures that material resources are consistent with production schedules; creates, plans and maintains inventory purchase request schedules, coordinates with internal departments, and handles external stakeholder relations.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Creates, maintains, reviews and administers stock levels for all inventory items.
2. Plans and recommends purchase requests based on planned production and agreed stock levels
3. Responsible for handling and maintaining all physical inventory (raw materials, chemicals, supplies, consumables, spare parts and lubricants) within the warehouse.
4. Processes and dispenses inventory request orders as required and approved.
5. Records items that come into and go out of the warehouse.
6. Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; Tracks inventory purchase request orders and coordinates with Procurement
7. Records inventory purchase request, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
8. Ensures that all materials stored in warehouses are in good condition and are stored properly
9, Arranges stock in their proper location for easy tracking and inventory
10. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness in and around the warehouse and that the schedule for housekeeping is followed at all times
11. Issues vehicle gate pass for all outgoing warehouse stocks, returned/rejected items to supplier
12. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering/ Other Engineering/ Business courses
with at least 1-year work experience in the field
with working knowledge in Material planning, warehouse management
Preferably from the Roxas area or Zamboanga region (priority), but open to other candidates who are willing to relocate.
Expectations from the Candidates
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
